If you die, you’ll lose your currency and have to brave the dungeons again to get it back — and you’ll only have one try. If you’re really struggling and need a level up or two to increase your carrying weight, or any number of other stats, then farming souls isn’t a bad idea.
The Uchigatana is great for magic builds because of the scaling it receives when upgraded with Darkmoonstone. This bonus, along with the bleed damage it causes is a great way to bring down enemies quickly. If a player doesn’t want to farm for it, the sword can always be bought from the Dregling Merchant. It will cost players a hefty 6,000 souls which is a good amount for the early game, but well worth the investment for such a good strength weapon. The Claymore is one of the highest Strength weapons in the game. Players dedicated to a Strength build should wield this weapon and also consider adding the Crushing upgrade.
It seems like Sony may be keeping the door open to a PC version, but wants everyone to be excited about its new console right now. Even if there really are zero PC plans right now, that could always change. The Nvidia leak above was the first evidence that Demon’s Souls may actually be coming to PC, and so far it’s had a very good track record. Of course, it’s hard to say when we might learn more about a Demon’s Souls remake PC release date without an official announcement or teaser from its publisher. That, however, is far more likely to happen now than it was a couple of years ago. Initially, this could have been attributed to Sony’s PC efforts being focused on bringing PS4 titles over first.
But rarely does Bluepoint muck with the foundation of Demon’s Souls, because to do so would be sacrilege. The creators of the remake version have well balanced the gameplay, and we see the same balance of Mr. Miyazaki’s games in the remake version. Demon’s Souls Remake has a very high quality in ambient sounds and characters. They talk to you and inform you about the present and past events of this land. The music for the original version of the game was composed by Shunsuke Kida, and he happened to record a very positive and successful score in his career by composing this soundtrack. Now those music can be heard much better and more beautiful with the improvement of the game, and we are witnessing a unique title in this field.
Demon’s Souls Remake Release Date, Platforms

A Heavy Hitting Faith Weapon
But given how Returnal is now primed for a February 2023 PC launch, things might be slowly changing. Demon’s Soul was the first iteration of the series that led on to the hugely successful Dark Souls franchise.
